As someone who has always been active, I would attend different workout classes around London including Pilates, Yoga, circuit, TRX and HIIT/cardio classes. I found myself leaving most yoga classes feeling a mental release but wanting a deeper burn physically and I would leave strength and cardio classes completely burnt out and exhausted for the rest of the day. I thought to myself “there must be another way”

After years of my own experimenting, researching and trialing, the Meroula Method was born. I wanted to create something that gave you a full body workout which works up a sweat, sculpts, tones whilst elongating the muscles but most importantly leaves you feeling that deeper connection and release in both body and mind.

Not only did this method completely transform my own body but it strengthened my mind. I became more confident and alive and I have watched my clients and students do the same.

It is my true passion as an instructor to guide you closer to unlocking the most empowered, confident and radiant you.
