I am so excited to welcome you to the next MM pop up event, this time at the beautiful JD Malat art gallery right in the heart of Mayfair, with an art display by the talented Hans Kotter.

This event will consist of a 50 min signature MM class & 10 min meditation with Meroula, a chance to network & meet + lots of amazing gifts.

Meet Meroula, an ex-professional Ballerina and Founder of The Meroula Method - a unique high energy, low impact hybrid movement method which combines elements of yoga, Pilates, barre, strength work training, stretching & meditation designed to leave you feeling your most radiant glowing self.

There is limited spaces available for this event. Refreshments and a breakfast bowl by Holy Carrot will be given on arrival and a goodie bag worth over £300 will be gifted to you, including gifts from:
